We are not liable for any health issues, allergic reactions, or adverse effects resulting from following AI-generated meal plans or recipes.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share through the Service (recipes, meal plans, comments, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEALPREPT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
